Today is a good day to stop, breathe, think, breathe again, think again, and then speak. The air is filled with unsettled energy, and people may be spoiling for a fight of any kind, regardless of whether there is an actual need to fight, or a cause to fight for.
Teiwaz brings in the protection of Tyr, truth, and justice. Tyr’s energy provides defense, if you are in the right. This means you will have necessary defense against bullies, but if you are the bully, beware.
Sinmora suggests leaving others to their quarrels, and withdrawing to do your own thing. Write, paint, crochet, plant flowers—whatever your creative spirit calls you to do today is a good thing to do. Focus on what feeds your soul, and do not let others feed on you.
